It usually takes anywhere from 5 days to 10 days depending on the size and how many doors etc.

The frequency of polishing depends on the foot traffic and usage of the area. Generally, marble and stone floors should be polished every 1 to 3 years to maintain their shine and protect them from damage.

We can repair a variety of damages including chips, cracks, scratches, stains, etching, and dull or worn finishes on marble, granite, limestone, and other natural stone surfaces.

The duration depends on the size and condition of the floor but typically ranges from a few hours to a couple of days. A professional assessment can provide a more accurate timeline based on your floor’s needs.

Over time, stone surfaces collect dirt, oils, soap scum, and stains that regular cleaning just can’t remove. Professional stone cleaning goes deeper—lifting contaminants from the pores of the stone, restoring its natural beauty, and protecting it from future damage.

In most cases, yes. We can remove or significantly reduce stains, etching (from acidic spills), and dull patches. Results depend on the type of stain and how long it’s been there, but we’ll provide honest guidance after inspecting your surface.

Yes. We use non-toxic, pH-neutral, stone-safe products. They’re safe for kids, pets, and food-prep areas—while being gentle on your stone.

A simple water drop test can help: place a few drops of water on the stone surface. If the water is quickly absorbed and darkens the stone, it likely needs sealing. If the water beads up on the surface, it may still be protected. However, high-traffic or heavily used areas often require regular resealing regardless.

No. Sealing protects the stone from future damage, while polishing or restoration involves repairing or refinishing the surface to remove existing stains, scratches, or dullness. Sealing is often the final step after restoration to preserve the results.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ACCEPT THE QUOTE

Yes once the quote is accepted a 50% deposit is required to book dates available, we will produce an invoice for the deposit.

Payments are made either via BACS ( bank transfer ) or card payment, we accept all credit cards including American express. Card payments are secure and are via our provider stripe. We do not accept cheques.

When we send the quote email we usually add our next available dates.

Yes all scheduled work can be rescheduled but we need a minimum of 72 hour’s notice.

Yes if you wish to cancel your scheduled work this can be done no later than 7 days prior to booking for a full deposit refund.

Final payment is due no later than 7 days after work is complete.
